programmed workshops incorporating safety and hygiene, cooking production, and healthy eating promotion.
All workshops are linked to the National Curriculum.
We can tailor workshops to any topic, year level or space as well as being able to produce food using fresh produce grown in the school garden.
Run by experienced food technology teachers with years of experience.
We have noticed how many students arrive to secondary
school lacking basic information on healthy food practices and food preparation. We need to empower young people with the knowledge to live a healthy life from early on, to enable this
knowledge to turn into life long practices.
We are the only cooking incursion program run by qualified food
technology teachers. We know how to teach!
Provided is all equipment, ingredients, protective clothing, set up
and clean up. Show-bags with worksheets, take home activities, and recipe cards all included.
We can run workshops in your classroom, school hall, staff room, canteen, school kitchen, anywhere really!
We also offer school holiday programs, after school programs and special evening programs.
